The Welsh Carriage is a hired phaeton that gives people tours around the slopes of Mount Snowdon. The driver, a fan of Phileas Fogg and his wager, offers him a ride to London from Snowdon free of charge, as well as his valet Passepartout, though he will not even attempt correct pronunciation.
