The Urban Traveller set is a pair of travel items in 80 Days, the Hooded Cloak and the Elastic Wallet.
The Elastic Wallet prevents Passepartout from being pick-pocketed - very useful for using the "stretch my legs" option when staying in a hotel. There is no effect from completing the set, since there are no journeys in the game that can be advanced by having the items.
