Whilst exploring the town, Passepartout is stopped by a Mademoiselle Fleischer, who seems to think he is an ambassador, sent to confer recognition on Tromsø as "the Paris of the North." Passepartout is confused and more than a little angry, and can either tell her off or politely explain that he is not who she thinks he is.
