The Heavy Storm set (made up of the Safety Harness, the Magnetic Compass, and the Oilskin Sou'wester) is a set of travel items in 80 Days. It is effectively an upgraded version of the Seafarer set.
The Magnetic Compass will allow Passepartout to have no issues navigating the airship from Baghdad to Tehran.
