Playing Cards is a conversation item in 80 Days.
It is also an item that can be offered to Fogg during conversation with him (other items are Wool Shirts, Wool Trousers etc). It can also on occasion be used to perform magic tricks (e.g. in San Francisco), but such does not have much importance in Passepartout's journey.
