Jeanne-Marie is a character in 80 Days. She is a Fulani revolutionary.

Jeanne-Marie works under Signare Delphine Rossignol. She agrees with her motive- to prevent the enslavement of Senegal people.

Role[edit | edit source]

Rossignol poisons Passepartout in Dakar and tells him the antidote is with Jeanne-Marie in Timbuktu, giving him a parcel to deliver to her. He is forced to do so, and Jeanne-Marie fulfils Rossigonol's promise.

A The Times headline later reveals Jeanne-Marie was seized in Timbuktu, calling her a 'revolutionary agitator'.
