The Coachmaker's Guild's first and only mention is when Passepartout and Fogg take the Private Car from Paris to Amsterdam, the driver of which is Elaine Gérard. From this, however, one can derive a few important details.
The Coachmaker's Guild is obviously an influential organisation in and throughout Europe, running most of the Private Car connections to and from major cities such as Paris, Amsterdam, and Copenhagen. Most experienced drivers are under the employ of the organisation, so much so that Fogg and Passepartout call upon their services when the pair travel from Paris to Amsterdam. It is safe to assume that the organisation is run by an operator who manages all private car schedules operated by the Guild.
