Clockwork Monkey is a trading item in 80 Days. It is obtained by conversation choices with the toymaker in Herat or by offering the Artificer in Karimskaya the Artificer's Medallion and asking for one of their inventions.
Should you still have it returning to the Reform Club, it is one of the items that the club butler will put over the bar (if he doesn't like one of your other possessions better).
