The Canadian Pacific Railway is a train that runs through Canada, starting at Gastown and terminating at New York. It is owned by the Blackfoot Confederacy and considered First Nations territory, so no smoking, liquor, or firearms are allowed. Crowfoot, a Blackfoot chief, negotiated with the railroad company for a stake in the business in return for permission to build the railway on their land. By the time the railway had been completed the Blackfeet owned the majority stake in the company, and by extension the railroad.
