So I just discovered that suitcases can't be bought in every city the hard way; unluckily traveling through several of these in a row, then thinking it was a bug and testing it (ofcourse unluckily choosing other "wrong" cities), walking through troubleshooting and receiving an immediate response from Jon explaining this. I haven't been able to find notion that suitcases can't be bought everywhere around here, did I overlook it?
