So this is one of the last 3 achievements I'm missing; I've tried stealing the zauberflote and playing it that night around the soldiers, and when I moved on from Vienna I got a newspaper headline that the guy I stole the flute from was arrested, but I didn't get the achievement. What am I missing?

I am not entirely sure, but I know you can meet the flute guy in Lisbon again. Maybe the achievement is set to be unlocked there.

I met him in Lisbon and gave him advice but didn't get the achievement. What's the right protocol once you meet him again?
